Activity Day - Passion in Action, Creativity Without Borders

2026/03/13

On 13 March, our school held its annual Activity Day, breaking away from the regular classroom routine. Students stepped out of their classrooms and set aside their textbooks to engage in a wide range of experiential learning activities that promoted holistic growth and development.

The morning programme was vibrant and diverse. The Student Union, four houses, and societies set up stalls featuring creative interactive games to promote their missions and values. Meanwhile, Secondary 3 classes organised an inter-class charity sale, where students designed and handmade unique products. All proceeds from the sale were donated to charitable organisations. The event received enthusiastic support from both teachers and students. Almost all the charity sale items were sold out, showcasing the students’ creativity and compassion.

During the morning, Secondary 1 and 2 students, as well as Secondary 4 and 5 students, participated in leadership training sessions at different times. The S1 and S2 students developed greater inclusiveness and adaptability. The S4 and S5 students deepened their understanding of global issues, reflected on their own roles, and built a stronger sense of responsibility and leadership.

In the afternoon, the annual Teacher-Student Fun Day was meticulously organised by the student leadership team. Teachers and students participated together in games and performances, fully immersing themselves in the joyful atmosphere. Students had the chance to see a different side of their teachers outside the classroom, which helped strengthen the bond between teachers and students. The student organisers were widely praised for their thoughtful planning.

The Activity Day concluded on a high note with a friendly teacher-student volleyball match. Teachers and students competed on the court, exchanging skills amid cheers and laughter, adding a vibrant finale to the day.

The entire campus was filled with joy and enthusiasm throughout the day. Teachers and students came together to create a meaningful and memorable Activity Day that will be cherished by all.
