Latest NewsTo empower S1 students to face new challenges with confidence, the Counselling Unit continues to run the Student Mentorship Scheme. Acting as dedicated peer mentors, senior students walk alongside their younger schoolmates to share personal insights, offer guidance on academic and social adjustment, and serve as their most heartwarming companions.
To help newcomers integrate seamlessly into our school family, we recently hosted the annual "New Horizons: Secondary School Orientation" event. True mentorship isn't about standing above, but walking alongside with care and empathy. Guided by senior mentors, S1 students engaged in fun ice-breakers and interactive problem-solving booths covering academics, co-curricular activities, life skills, social connections, and campus life. Through these activities, students broke the ice, built mutual trust, and set meaningful goals for the new academic year.
With the gentle support of our senior students, may all S1 newcomers feel inspired to step out of their comfort zone and shine on their own stage! Let us move forward hand in hand to nurture a caring and inclusive school community.
